Job summary

RE:VIVE SANCTUARY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated retail supervisor to lead and develop our beautician team at the flagship outlet.

You will engage customers, understand their needs, and provide expert recommendations on slimming and wellness products to drive sales. You will manage daily operations, roster planning, coaching, merchandising, and ensure a professional customer experience. The role offers commission incentives, ongoing training, flexible arrangements, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the Beauty Industry.
• Supervisory experience in managing a team is preferred.
• Independent, possess initiative and optimistic.
• Service driven and results oriented.
• Able to work retail hour and on weekends.
