Job summary

Nature's Spa is seeking a Beauty Advisor for the Jurlique counter in Singapore. You will deliver high-quality service, build loyal client relationships, and aim for individual sales targets while representing Jurlique products and routines.

Qualifications

• At least GCE O/N Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (beauty/skincare is a plus).
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warm, professional customer relationships with prompt, polite service.
• Demonstrate core selling skills: approach, discover needs, recommend solutions, close sales, and follow-up.
• Provide skin profiling/consultation for each new customer.
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques.
• Register and update customer records in POS/CRM.
• Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Adhere to Jurlique grooming guidelines and brand image.

• Demonstrate core selling skills: approach, discover needs, recommend solutions, close sales, and follow-up.
• Provide accurate skin profiling/consultation to every new customer.
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques.
• Register, maintain, and update customer records in the POS/CRM system.
• Follow up after purchase via phone/message to ensure satisfaction and build a regular client base.
• Handle customer feedback, exchanges, and returns in line with company policy.
• Adhere to Jurlique grooming guidelines (makeup, hair, uniform, accessories) and embody brand image.

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (beauty/skincare experience is an advantage).
