Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interest in beauty and sales.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' beauty and skincare needs and recommend suitable products and treatments.
• Promote and sell beauty treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
• Explain treatment benefits, packages, pricing, promotions, and ongoing offers to customers.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits, package renewals, and additional purchases.
• Achieve individual sales targets and monthly KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance throughout their visit.
• Introduce suitable add-on treatments and products based on customer needs.
• Assist with appointment bookings, customer follow-ups, and basic store operations.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming sales environment.
• Work closely with the beauty/treatment team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn about beauty treatments, products, and sales techniques
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Sales experience in Singapore's beauty or retail industry will be an advantage
