Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks dedicated beauty consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and professional product recommendations across multiple Singapore locations.

You will understand customer needs, demonstrate product benefits, and contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining an inviting store presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide excellent customer service and professional beauty consultations.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, cosmetics or fragrance products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits and usage to customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and the latest beauty trends.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-presented store/counter.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and merchandising.
• Support promotional activities, product launches and in-store events.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.

• Working Days: 5-6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
