Job summary

Tung Lok Millennium Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a professional Bartender to craft cocktails and serve beverages to guests with flair and accuracy. You will interact with customers, take orders, and recommend beverages while ensuring compliance with licensing rules.

The role requires knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers and mixology techniques, as well as a friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations when required
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, mocktails and etc
• Plan and present bar menu to customers on new beverages and specials
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Liaise with Manager on wine list and creating new beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time
