Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and orders.
• Mix and prepare cocktails and drinks per service standards.
• Take drink orders, provide recommendations and deliver friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish drinks and garnishes.
• Assist with bar setup, stock checks and closing duties.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the designated system.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, liquor licensing and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with floor staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

About the role

A bartender role focused on preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer orders, maintaining bar standards, and delivering friendly, efficient customer service in a club environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer orders
• Mix and prepare cocktails, spirits, beers and other drinks in accordance with the club's service standards
• Take drink orders, provide recommendations and deliver friendly, efficient customer service
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar counter, equipment, glassware and surrounding areas
• Monitor beverage stock levels and replenish drinks, ice, garnishes and other bar supplies when necessary
• Assist with bar setup before opening and cleaning, stock checks and closing duties after operations
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the designated ordering or payment system
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and comply with applicable liquor licensing, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
• Coordinate with floor staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
