Job summary

MCBISTRO PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled bartender to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails. You will take orders, make recommendations, and present specials while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.

The role requires strong customer service, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and mixology techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations when required
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, mocktails and etc
• Plan and present bar menu to customers on new beverages and specials
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Liaise with Manager on wine list and creating new beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
