BLCK HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at Sevenn Bar, Singapore. The role requires strong leadership, superb customer service, and proven experience in bar/restaurant operations.

You will manage day-to-day activities, lead service and bar teams, monitor sales and costs, ensure hygiene and safety, handle cash and inventory, and maintain high service standards. Flexible hours, weekends and public holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bar, restaurant, hospitality or F&B operations.
• Previous experience as Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of cash handling, stock control and F&B operations.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on

Outlet Manager

to oversee the daily operations of Sevenn Bar. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service standards, and solid experience in bar/restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.


• Lead, supervise and motivate the service and bar team.


• Ensure smooth operations and maintain high customer service standards.


• Monitor sales, daily revenue and outlet performance.


• Manage cash handling, stock control and inventory.


• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.


• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling and manpower requirements.


• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.


• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.


• Coordinate with management on sales targets, promotions and operational matters.


• Monitor wastage, costs and overall outlet profitability.
