BLCK HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a energetic Bartender for night shifts at Sevenn Bar in Singapore.

The role demands beverage preparation expertise, excellent customer service, and a passion for bar and nightlife entertainment. You will work 7pm-3am on weekdays and 7pm-4am on weekends, with a Sunday off. Ideal candidates have prior bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender in bar/nightclub/entertainment venue preferred.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers and other beverages.
• Customer-service oriented and outgoing personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, reliable and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Minimise wastage and ensure proper portion control.
• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
• Handle customer requests and resolve service issues appropriately.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene and safety requirements.
• Support the team during busy periods and events.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
