BLCK HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager for Sevenn Bar in Singapore to oversee daily bar and restaurant operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service standards and solid experience in bar/restaurant settings.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in F&B operations, with prior outlet management experience and the ability to manage cash handling, stock, and staffing. Flexible hours including weekends and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bar, restaurant, hospitality or F&B operations.
• Previous experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of cash handling, stock control and F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the service and bar team.
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor sales, daily revenue and outlet performance.
• Manage cash handling, stock control and inventory.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling and manpower requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with management on sales targets, promotions and operational matters.
• Monitor wastage, costs and overall outlet profitability.
• Ad Hoc task assigned by group manager.
