The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, is seeking a guest-focused bartender with professional training to join our team across multiple hotels. You will deliver exceptional service, create and explain cocktail selections, and guest experiences at our curated venues.

Minimum 2-3 years in hospitality, English proficient, and a professional certificate/NITEC. You will work flexible shifts at any Garcha Group hotel, mentoring staff and contributing to events and tastings.

• Fluent English required for guest communication.
• Minimum 2–3 years hospitality experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Responds quickly and proactively to guest's concerns.
• Understands the brand's service culture.
• Drives alignment of all employees, team leaders and managers to the brand's service culture.
• Sets service expectations for all guests internally and externally.
• Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
• Verifies all F&B functions are up to standard and exceed guest's expectations.
• Consistently offer professional, pro-active and engaging service to all guests’ members and associates
• Assist guests regarding all items and Cocktail Bar Catalogue, in an informative and helpful manner
• Comprehensive knowledge of all Catalogue and Food Menu items, garnishes, contents, preparation methods
• Create and serve innovative cocktails
• Provide relevant and innovative serves for individual whiskeys
• Suggest innovative ideas for events and tastings and menus
• Maintaining exceptional drink service standards
• Process all payments
• Mentoring and training of staff around our drinks
• Host guest tastings and masterclasses
• Flexibility to work at any of the Garcha Group Hotels
• Any other duties / tasks as requested by management

Other Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification in any field.

Proficient in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry.
