Job summary

ANRADUS Pte Ltd in West Coast, Singapore, seeks a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to deliver high-quality food and beverage service to members and guests. You will help maintain beverage quality, supervise bar staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a permanent role.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wine and cocktails, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a team while handling multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar service and F&B operations.
• Good knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, spirits, cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, service-oriented attitude; able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of F&B control procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan duty schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise bar staff and maintain high beverage and service standards.
• Manage bar inventory, stocks and operating equipment.
• Conduct stock checks and ensure proper control procedures.
• Prepare bar setup, mise en place, and service equipment.
• Provide food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Assist training and guidance of bar staff to meet service standards.
• Welcome and assist members and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
