• Conduct roll-calls before events to brief associates on assignments.
• Resolve guests' complaints and enforce alcohol service policy.
• Lead and supervise banquet associates to meet hotel standards.
• Supervise event space setup and inspect layouts for quality and hygiene.
• Check equipment and report repairs or maintenance needs.
• Close bills and raise event reports after all events.
• Ensure safety practices and protect hotel properties.
