Job summary

Pan Pacific Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to manage banquet events and lead a hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with service and culinary colleagues to execute BEOs, supervise pre-event briefings, and ensure spaces meet the highest standards.

In this role, you will monitor staffing, inventories and costs while upholding hygiene, safety and brand standards. Strong leadership, communication and multi-event coordination are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of banquet operations, event management, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Knowledge of hotel operation systems such as Opera and Infrasys is an advantage.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing teams.

Responsibilities
