Responsibilities include leading banquet staff, managing inventory and costs, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards, with a focus on personalized member service and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or banquet settings.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Service-oriented, hands-on, and able to lead by example.
• Able to work under pressure, including weekends and public holidays.
• Familiarity with banquet setup, service flow, and hygiene standards.
• Experience with POS systems and basic inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all banquet events including weddings, corporate functions and member gatherings.
• Supervise banquet setup, service and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and timelines.
• Lead and train banquet service staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment; ensure timely requisitions and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and club standards.
• Maintain relationships with members, anticipate needs and provide personalized service.
• Handle feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and revenue tracking for banquet operations.
• Prepare event reports, staff schedules and operational documentation.
