The ideal candidate will guide team members, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and careful supervision of all banquet processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in banqueting operations and event coordination.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Excellent communication with guests and vendors.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banquet operations including weddings, seminars, and events.
• Train and supervise banquet staff and casual labor.
• Ensure buffet setups meet hygiene standards and are visually appealing.
• Coordinate with guests, departments and vendors to fulfil requirements.
• Maintain hygiene logs and safety checks for all banquet areas.
• Attend briefings and ensure uniform standards are followed.
