Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Business Analyst/PMO professional to drive Transaction Banking initiatives (Cash and Trade) and ensure alignment between business and IT teams.

The role involves owning requirements, creating detailed specifications, managing timelines, and guiding UAT across banking environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in IT PMO or BA roles, a banking background, and proven experience delivering system rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proven experience in IT PMO and/or Business Analyst roles (minimum 3 years).
• Experience developing technical and functional specification documentation, including traceability matrices, test case design and execution.
• Background in banking, with direct experience in transaction banking.
• Track record in completing system rollouts within banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Analyst to drive Transaction Banking initiatives (Cash and Trade).
• Bridge gaps between business stakeholders and IT teams to align requirements and solutions.
• PMO consultant capacity to manage overall project timelines and delivery standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional specifications, including traceability matrices and test cases.
• Lead end-to-end UAT, including defect tracking and resolution.
• Draft operational procedures to support new systems and processes.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure adoption and knowledge transfer.
