Job summary

Green Link Digital Bank in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive Enterprise Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application projects through the full lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to operational handover.

You will coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and System Integrators, lead design reviews, manage RAID and change control, and ensure UAT and testing meet business and technical goals before go-live.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience delivering large-scale IT transformations in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Certification on PMP, CITPM, or PRINCE2; Agile credentials preferred.
• Strong governance, RAID, change control, and benefits realization.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence for tracking velocity and debt.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects across infrastructure, core applications and cybersecurity.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement (SOWs/POs), and vendor management across multiple teams.
• Coordinate design reviews, UAT, and testing to ensure solutions meet business/technical needs.
• Manage dependencies, risk, and scheduling to minimize delays and budget overruns.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and adherence to governance, security standards, and policies.
• Facilitate steering committees and translate technical progress into executive insights.
