Qualifications

• Total IT experience of 8–12 years with delivery/tech leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end technology delivery management.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery with planning, execution, governance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit controls.
• Drive release governance and deployment leadership.
• Coach teams and own technical delivery outcomes.
