Job summary

You will collaborate with analysts, architects and IT teams to ensure scalable, well-governed outcomes aligned to business goals.

Responsibilities include prioritizing requests, defining requirements, and coordinating risk, testing and delivery activities for complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business or finance.
• Minimum 10 years of banking or consulting experience.
• Strong ability to translate analysis into actionable solutions.
• Experience with data analysis, Excel macros or quick mock-ups in Excel.
• Understanding of change management and project management fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder relationship management and advisory for new business demands.
• Support prioritization, project pipeline and QR prioritization with Biz T&O heads.
• Develop high-level solutions and align with technology roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements and delivery plans.
• Coordinate change implementation, scoping, risk assessment and testing support.
• Ensure delivery meets business needs with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
