Job summary

D L Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead/Development Manager to provide end-to-end technical leadership for a Private Banking Customer Onboarding application. The role partners with business stakeholders, project teams, and architects to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that align with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end application delivery in complex environments.
Experience reviewing solution designs for alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Ability to lead multiple vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical focal point for application delivery with vendors.
Review and challenge solution designs to ensure governance and security alignment.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on architecture, patterns, and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and technical assessments for quality and security.
Support requirements analysis, design reviews, and technical impact assessments.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure delivery.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across environments.
Oversee release planning, deployment activities, and environment readiness.
Ensure compliance with development, security, risk and change management standards.
Review technical documentation and interface specifications.
Support system integration with upstream/downstream applications.
Contribute to production support, incident management and RCA.
