Qualifications

• At least 20+ years of experience managing development teams.
• Strong leadership with capacity to lead by influence.
• People centric mindset with coaching experience.
• Experience with DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare the Software Engineering capabilities according to the bank needs.
• Create a sustainable and productive environment for teams to perform.
• Ensure the highest quality of departmental deliverables.
• Manage IT Business Line and department budgets.
• Implement bank directives and strategy in the department.
• Ensure project management and engineering standards with IS/ISR.
• Represent the department to Business and IT Management.
• Improve Ways Of Working, tooling, sourcing, coaching and governance.
• Lead innovation within the department and ISAP/ISR collaboration.
