JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for PFS Sales roles in Singapore.

You will partner Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs, source, screen, interview, extend offers and onboard frontline sales professionals. You will provide market insights and advise stakeholders on hiring strategy, while ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking or sales hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good understanding of compliance, licensing, and recruitment governance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for PFS Sales roles, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for frontline sales positions.
• Advise stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights and candidate selection.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment governance, licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs.
