Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Operations Associate to support daily banking activities, including fixed deposits placement and maintenance, and related account operation transactions. You will verify and update account maintenance tasks such as holds and address changes, and assist in loan operations and audit confirmations.

The role requires basic knowledge of KYC procedures and solid understanding of account operations, with a willingness to handle

Qualifications

Education qualification: Minimum “A” levels or diploma holder.
Working experiences: 2-3 years banking experience with knowledge in account opening and KYC procedure preferred.
Professional qualification / HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework / License: N/A
Business knowledge: Basic knowledge in account operations and KYC procedures.

Responsibilities

Check and prepare for next-level authorization relating to fixed deposits placement and maintenance.
Check and prepare for next-level authorization of account operation-related transactions in accordance to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
Verify and update account maintenance functions like place/remove hold/no-debit on accounts, update address, etc.
Assist in processing of loans operations, audit confirmation.
Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
AML/CTF Responsibilities: Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
