Job summary

CITIBANK SINGAPORE LIMITED is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to deliver accurate, compliant account opening for retail banking customers across branch and digital channels. You will work with frontline teams, compliance partners, and operations to ensure onboarding meets regulatory requirements while preserving a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities include processing account openings, performing KYC/AML checks, conducting due diligence, and maintaining audit-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail banking operations, account opening, customer onboarding, or banking back-office functions.
• Working knowledge of KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and regulatory onboarding requirements in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Process retail bank account opening requests across branch and digital channels with accurate data capture.
• Verify customer identity and documentation per KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Conduct due diligence assessments and apply risk profiling to identify compliance concerns.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audits.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve documentation gaps and keep onboarding on track.
