Job summary

Bank Of Taiwan in Singapore is seeking an Operations Specialist to support daily processing of loans, fund transfers, treasury trades, and AML screening. You will input data into the core banking system and ensure timely, accurate handling of drawdowns, repayments, and settlements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Banking/Finance/Accountancy, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and a proactive, detail‑oriented team player with 1–2 years in bank operations and familiarity with

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Banking/Finance/Accountancy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
English and Mandarin proficiency for queries from bilingual counterparts.
Self-starter with initiative to meet objectives and deadlines.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Positive minded team player.
1–2 years in bank operations; familiarity with SWIFT and MEPS+ preferred.

Responsibilities

Processing and monitoring of loan drawdowns, repayments, rollover, interest fixing and fee/interest collections.
Processing inward/outward fund transfers, remittances, and fixed deposits.
Processing Treasury transactions including money market, bonds, FX and derivatives.
Input of trade, customer and counterparty data in core banking system.
Construction of SWIFT and MEPS+ payments.
Account opening and AML screening.
Handle customer's queries.
Other operational duties as assigned.
