1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a seasoned technology operations leader to drive Plan & Change across ASEAN and north Asia. You will oversee Service Automation, Build & Engineering and Strategy & Planning, ensuring scalable, compliant IT infrastructure and cost-effective investments.

The role requires hands-on leadership with a breadth of banking technology knowledge and a passion for operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration in a regulated environment.

• Lead Plan & Change and oversee Service Automation, Build & Engineering, and Strategy & Planning teams.
• Oversee data centres, IT infrastructure, and common platforms architecture & engineering.
• Ensure IT infra services are efficient, stable, and compliant with regulations.
• Drive investment decisions and strategic technology initiatives.
