Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Production Support Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to operate in a mission-critical banking technology environment. You will ensure system availability, drive incident resolution, and implement automation to improve efficiency.

You will manage end-to-end incident handling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to DR/BCP exercises, ITIL processes, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years IT experience in banking/financial services.
• Experience in L2/L3 production support in high-availability env.
• Hands-on with Dynamics CRM and production support tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for incidents, problems, availability and capacity management.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests with technical analysis.
• Manage incident communications and escalations per SLA.
• Drive technical remediation in line with ITIL and non-functional requirements.
• Automate processes to improve service efficiency using shell scripting or batch scripts.
• Troubleshoot Control-M, SSIS packages and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with 1st/3rd line support, infrastructure and development teams for fast resolution.
• Document issues clearly for business users and maintain knowledge base.
• Participate in DR and BCP exercises.
