Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a candidate to support banking migration activities as part of a migration initiative. You will understand system behavior, validate testing results, and assist SMEs with BAU activities while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

The role involves end-to-end operational migration tasks, including contract repapering if any, data remediation, and close collaboration with development teams for system integration. Prior UAT experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Banking/Finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Banking Operations.
• Experience in UAT is an added advantage for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support/end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering and data remediation.
• Perform validation on post-migration checks of system behavior.
• Perform account-level maintenance and updates as required.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities to review and validate scenarios.
• Update process notes to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable.
• Support successful delivery and implementation for Core Operations-supported functions.
• Coordinate with development teams to resolve technical issues and assist system integration.
• Oversee/UAT and ensure end-to-end testing with minimal operational impact.

As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities

Duties:

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.

• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior

• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required

• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios

• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable

• Support successful delivery and implementation for Core Operations-supported functions.

• Handle project delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and operational readiness.

• Partner with development teams to resolve technical issues and support system integration activities.

• Oversee/Perform UAT and ensure end-to-end testing is conducted to ensure solution quality and minimal operational impact.

• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios

• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable

Requirements:
