Job summary

NOVEL SUNKRIS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a project operations support professional to assist in a wealth investment securities migration across FX,FX options and fixed income products.

The role collaborates with Wealth Investment Operations, Products, Front Office, Legal and Risk teams to ensure smooth migration and risk mitigation. The candidate will help manage end-to-end migration activities, ensure data integrity, and support process documentation while working under

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Bank Operations experience preferred.
• Experience with migration projects or BAU activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support/end-to-end project plans and migration activities.
• Assist in end-to-end operational migration tasks, including data remediation and contracts repapering.
• Perform pre/post-migration checks and validation of positions, reconciliations, and system sanity checks.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities to review and validate complex scenarios.
• Update process notes to reflect migration changes where applicable.

Job description

The role will focus on supporting a Project related to Wealth Investment Securities and Products (Foreign Exchange/ Foreign Exchange Options/ Fixed Income Securities) for a MNC Bank.

The role will work cross-functionally with Wealth Investment Operation teams, Products, Front Office, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology.

Objectives will focus on key aspects such as risk mitigation, process efficiency, technology enablement and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support/Execute end-to-end project plans and project migration activities.
• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contracts/agreements repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform pre and post migration checks and validation, including position holdings, reconciliations, system sanity checkouts.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process note to incorporate project migration changes to procedures, where applicable.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Some experience of working in a Bank in Operations would be preferred.

Skills and Competency:

• Strong knowledge of MS tools; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint
• Knowledge of Wealth Investment Securities and Derivatives such as Foreign Exchange/ Foreign Exchange Options/ Fixed Income Securities.
• Good organizational, prioritization skills
• Ability to take initiative and work without constant supervision
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure & demonstrate capability to co-ordinate different tasks and perform related follow-up until completion
• Ability to communicate, present effectively
