Job summary

NOVEL SUNKRIS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a candidate to support a banking migration project for a multinational bank.

You will assist end-to-end migration activities, verify system behavior after migration, and perform data remediation and contract repapering where needed. You will also support SMEs on BAU tasks, update process notes, and prepare documentation and flowcharts. Strong collaboration with business and technology teams is required, along with a degree and banking operations

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support/end-to-end operational migration activities including contract repapering and data remediation.
• Validate post-migration system behavior and testing results.
• Perform account-level maintenance and data updates as required.
• Support SMEs on BAU activities and complex scenarios.
• Update process notes to reflect project changes; prepare process documents and flowcharts.
• Collaborate with Business and Tech on gaps and process improvements.

Job description

The role will support project migration activitiesfor a MNC Bank.

As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/ repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior
• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required
• Support SMEs on BAU activities so that SMEs can review and validate complicated scenarios
• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable
• Preparation of process documents and flowcharts
• Close cooperation with Business and Tech partners on gap identification and process improvements

Knowledge/Experience:

Essential

• At least 2 years of banking operation experience

Desirable

• 2-3+ years of relevant operational or banking experience

Skills:

Desirable

Banking system, experience in User Acceptance Testing review process, familiar with account/ data handling/ exercise.
