Adecco is partnering with a leading global financial services organization to recruit a Tax Operations Analyst for a 9- to 12-month contract at Changi Business Park in Singapore.

You will support project migration activities, validate testing results, handle data remediation, and assist SMEs with BAU tasks. The role requires a diploma or degree and a solid understanding of banking operations and UAT processes.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

Job Purpose

To support project migration activities.

Job Background/context

As part of a banking migration initiative, candidate is to support a variety of migration activities, including understanding system behavior, validating testing results, checking for data reports, contractual/repapering activities if any, and to also support SMEs on BAU activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support/ Execute end-to-end operational migration activities, including contract repapering if any, system checking, client/account data remediation etc.
• Perform validation on post migration checks on system behavior.
• Perform account-level maintenance, updates if required.
• Support update of process note to reflect Project Anchor changes where applicable.
• Preparation of process documents and flowcharts.

Requirements

• Banking operations experience preferred.
• Diploma or Degree.
• AI Savvy.
• Accounting.
• Banking system, experience in User Acceptance Testing review process, familiar with account/data handling exercises.

• Good understanding of Banking Operations Processes.
• Meticulous in validation/checking with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment
