Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) based at Changi or Jurong East, with a 6-month contract including a 2-month training period.

You will handle banking product inquiries by phone, understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and identify cross-sell opportunities while delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Working days are 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend, with shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM. Salary is up to SGD 4,000 monthly plus shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Call centre experience is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
• Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.

Contract: 6 Months (renewable / convertible) - 2 months training

Working Days: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working Hours: Any 8 hours between 8.30AM to 8.30PM; example 8.30AM to 5.30PM or 8.45AM to 5.45PM or 11.30AM to 8.30PM

Salary: Up to $4,000 + Shift Allowance
