Job summary

Paradigm Recruitment is seeking a Senior Executive, Commercial Banking Contact Centre in Singapore to be the primary point of contact for our commercial banking clients.

You will handle inbound enquiries from corporate and SME clients, provide accurate, timely solutions, and work with internal teams to resolve complex issues while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with customer service or contact centre experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced centre.

Requirements
