Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–1 year in financial services or consulting.
• Training will be provided; internship banking experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing complex project plans with multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product roadmap initiatives and coordinate prioritization with technical and business stakeholders.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys, validate against VoC, and identify friction points.
• Execute go-to-market strategies, including internal/external communications (EDMs).
• Create training content and conduct educational sessions for internal stakeholders (CMs, IMs, RMs, Sales).
• Perform data analysis, including extraction, transformation, and segmentation, to model business scenarios.
• Provide weekend support (1–2 weekends per month) for live system verifications and sign-offs.
• Any other duties assigned by the manager.
