Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive System Analyst to join the IBG Digital team. The role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle for corporate digital platforms, connecting business needs with technical implementation and commercialization for the Singapore market.

The position requires 5+ years in financial services or consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in financial services or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage complex project plans with multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving, communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product roadmap initiatives and coordinate prioritization with technical and business stakeholders.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and validate against VoC to identify friction points.
• Execute go-to-market strategies and internal/external communications (EDMs).
• Create training content and conduct sessions for internal stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and model business scenarios with technical partners; evaluate RCA and sign off on fixes.
• Provide weekend support (1-2 weekends per month) for live system verifications and critical releases.
