Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Business Analyst to kickstart a career in banking. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product roadmaps, map customer journeys and support go-to-market activities while gaining exposure to data-driven decision making.

You will develop skills in data analysis, stakeholder communication, and UAT, with training provided for banking-specific contexts and intern experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0–1 year of experience in financial services or consulting.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates with internship experience in banking is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support product roadmap initiatives and coordinate prioritization with technical and business stakeholders.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify friction points using client feedback (VoC).
• Execute go-to-market strategies and internal/external communications (EDMs).
• Create training content and conduct sessions for internal stakeholders (CMs, IMs, RMs, Sales).
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and segmentation to model business scenarios.
• Translate insights into actionable solutions with technical partners.
• Provide weekend system verifications and sign-offs for releases (1–2 weekends/month).
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system/app releases.
