Job summary

Trinity HR Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Business Analyst to translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for banking/fintech projects, and to support development and testing teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery, design process flows and UI/UX mockups in Figma, write test cases, and manage defects in Jira while applying Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies to drive project success.

• Prepare BRD/FRD/FSD and support testing with detailed test cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery in banking projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams
• Prepare comprehensive BRD, FRD/FSD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation to support project execution
• Develop and execute detailed test cases and scenarios aligned with business requirements to validate solutions
• Design process flows, wireframes, and UI/UX mockups using Figma to visualize user interactions and system processes
• Write simple and complex queries for data analysis and validation to support decision-making and quality assurance
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, coordinating with development teams to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency
• Apply Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies effectively to manage project workflows and deliverables
• Utilize knowledge of Banking and Financial Services domains to align solutions with industry standards and client needs
