Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in systems development or business process improvement.
• Project lifecycle experience in Financial Services Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Consumer Banking Operations.
• Knowledge of Customer Centre, Wealth/Loan/CASA products.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review and ensure the end-to-end system & process delivery and testing.
• Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience in bank.
• Work with regional country and functional teams to design, re-engineer the process, as well as implement operation solutions.
• Ensure the smooth operational rollout.
• Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyse and review operations solutions.
• Implement automation agenda to transform consumer banking operations.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, review and document requirements artefacts.
• Review functional specifications and process define documents.
• Coordinate and ensure UAT test plans and test case execution within UAT schedule.
• Post-production support, production issues review and track them to closure.
• Work closely with regional teams and country teams to ensure timely delivery of project.
