Job summary

RiDiK is seeking an IT Business Engineer Lead for Core Banking T24. You will gather and analyse business processes, design system enhancements, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with interacting applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Core Banking experience in private banking, with knowledge of credit products, derivatives and securities, plus SDLC and Agile practices. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in IT business analysis, system engineering & support for Core Banking in private banking.
• Experience with credit products (mortgage, Lombard loans, structured finance, guarantees).
• Exposure to private banking transact modules (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY).
• Experience driving process changes for new applications, ideally implementation projects.
• Solid SDLC and Agile experience (SCRUM, KANBAN).

This role is for an IT Business Engineer Lead – Core Banking T24. The role involves gathering / analysing business processes, designing system enhancements and functional solution collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and optimisation of core banking system with interacting applications.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

Professional and Technical

• Minimum 12 – 15 years of IT business analysis, system engineering & support, focussed on Core Banking with Private Banking domain
• Preferred with most of the experience in handling Credit Products (e.g. Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees), Derivatives (e.g. Options, Structured Products) and Securities (e.g. Equities, Fixed Income, Funds).
• Have a good understanding of products offered in the Private Banking with Transact modules exposure (AA, MD, SC, DX, SY etc).
• Experienced in driving PLWs and able to advise new processes for new applications, preferably with Implementation experience.
• Working experience of SDLC and Agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to challenge business/technical requirements to build good and scalable solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
