Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a qualified professional to join the Intelligent Process Automation team within Digital Business Transformation Asia. You will manage Bank’s strategic initiatives and deliver smart solutions ranging from Robotics to AI-enabled solutions, driving operational excellence and ease of doing business.

The role requires deep knowledge of private banking, awareness of AI trends, and experience managing small to medium projects for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of private banking processes and controls.
• Experience in process automation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Familiarity with RPA, workflow orchestration, AI, OCD/IDP, and cognitive automation.
• Ability to map as-is and to-be processes and document requirements.
• Experience coordinating UAT, readiness, and change activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Intelligent Process Automation initiatives across Robotics, Chatbot, Workflow, and AI.
• Serve as the business representative between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities to improve ease of doing business.
• Build and maintain automation pipeline; translate use cases into requirements.
• Define requirements with business teams and drive adoption of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement solutions with governance.
• Coordinate testing, readiness, and production handover; drive change management.
• Provide updates to leadership and governance committees; manage budgets and timelines.
• Support governance and compliance for automation initiatives.
