Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a teller to promote conventional banking products and handle daily transactions at our Centra location in Singapore. The role involves cash handling, customer enquiries, and accurate record-keeping in a secure environment.

Qualified candidates have a diploma or higher in Banking and Finance, with at least two years of relevant banking experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Banking and Finance or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity; banking sector experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market conventional products to customers.
• Count and balance the cash in teller's box at day end.
• Attend to customers' enquiries and process daily transactions.
• Process daily transactions upon customers' requests.
• Bank in cash and cheques at corresponding banks.
• File daily transaction documents and archive securely.
• Update the record book of related transactions.
• Safely keep the safe-key and Teller's box-key.
