Trust Bank Singapore seeks an experienced Bancassurance Sales Associate Lead to drive a digital-first life insurance sales strategy through our Income partnership. You will lead a growing team, shape sales plans, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with product, marketing and operations to grow revenue while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in bancassurance or insurance sales management.
• At least 3 years in a team leadership role (3–5 members).
• Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing; relevant insurance/financial planning certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital banking and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and refine sales activity management for Life Insurance via Income partnership.
• Lead a digital-first engagement using Trust Bank apps and online platforms.
• Own and deliver OKRs for Life Insurance, lead a team of sales representatives to meet targets.
• Ensure consultative, needs-based, compliant selling and seamless customer journeys.
