Job summary

TIAN XIA BAKERY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to oversee daily production and operations, lead a bakery team, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role involves coordinating staff, planning schedules, and maintaining hygiene in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of bakery or food manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in bakery or food manufacturing operations.
• Experience in supervising and leading a bakery team.
• Knowledge of bread production, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, committed and willing to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily bakery production and operations.

• Prepare and bake bread and other bakery products when required.
