Job summary

You will manage baking staff, coordinate production and maintain efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supervising daily baking operations, leading and training staff, enforcing hygiene and sanitation rules, and monitoring inventory to replenish supplies.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–3 years of hands-on baking and supervisory experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Production management: supervise daily baking operations and prepare baked goods as needed.
• Team leadership: train, coach bakers and kitchen assistants; schedule staff.
• Quality & safety: enforce hygiene, food safety, sanitation; inspect finished products.
• Inventory control: monitor stock levels and order baking supplies.
