Job summary

ROYAL T GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Service Crew to deliver exceptional customer service at Bukit Pasoh/Tangs Plaza. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, operating the POS, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Candidates should have a passion for coffee, be able to work early mornings and weekends, and handle busy periods with composure. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods.
• Willingness to work early shifts (as early as 7am), weekends, public holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Learn menu and brand to answer questions and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain hygiene per guidelines and food safety standards.
• Demonstrate coffee knowledge including brewing, pouring and latte art.
• Take orders and key into POS for payment processing.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

FULL-TIME SERVICE CREW

6 Days Work Week

Work Location: Bukit Pasoh/Tangs Plaza

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain familiarity with menu items and brand information to answer customers' questions and offer recommendations.
• Ensure proper hygiene according to company guidelines.
• Understand and adhere to food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards during food and beverage preparation.
• Have solid knowledge of coffee, including making coffee with the right calibration, pouring, and latte art skills.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of assorted coffee and tea varieties to prepare quality beverages.
• Take customer orders and enter them into the POS system for process payments from customers.
• Proactively handle and resolve customer issues as necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed and work under pressure - specifically during busy dining periods.
• Able to work as early as 7am, during weekends, public holidays and overtime hours when required.
• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
