The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a friendly Bakery Retail Service Crew to support daily store operations across multiple Singapore locations. You will handle POS transactions, assist customers, and maintain product displays.

Our role offers rotating shifts, basic pay with OT and allowances, and opportunities for training and career progression. Previous retail or F&B experience is preferred, with a focus on service excellence and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Operate the POS system for transactions, discounts, refunds, voids and staff meals.
• Perform opening/closing and cash-handling per SOP.
• Pack bread and other products per SOP.
• Replenish products to display counters and the front of the store.
• Answer customer queries about products, prices and promotions.
• Recommend products and upsell where appropriate.
• Be familiar with product varieties and ingredients for recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and display areas.
• Prepare products and ingredients per SOP.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with cake reservations, orders, packing and delivery arrangements.

Position: Bakery Retail Service Crew

Salary: Basic $1,500 – $1,800 + OT + Allowances; Gross $2,200 – $2,500

Working Days: 6 days per week, rotate (5-6-5-6)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, rotating shifts

Location: Various locations across Singapore

Job Scope

• Operate the POS system for promotions, discounts, refunds, void transactions, and staff meal records
• Perform opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures according to SOP
• Pack bread and other products according to SOP
• Replenish products from the kitchen to display counters and the front of the store
• Answer customer enquiries about products, prices, and promotions
• Recommend products and encourage add-on or upgraded purchases
• Be familiar with product varieties and ingredients to provide suitable recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, display counters, trays, and tongs
• Prepare products and ingredients according to SOP
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with cake reservations, orders, packing, and delivery arrangements
