Job summary

You will identify sales channels, manage key accounts, coordinate with Marketing, ensure SOPs and food safety, and travel between outlets, including weekends and event days. This hybrid role combines growth with hands-on operational support across multiple outlets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, preferably in F&B, bakery or retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and people management skills.
• Self-driven, organised and able to balance sales targets with day-to-day operations.
• Willing to travel between outlets and work weekends, public holidays and event days.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales channels, partners and corporate clients (gifting, events, catering, retail and F&B partnerships, wholesale)
• Prepare proposals, quotations and pitches, and negotiate terms
• Manage key accounts, including repeat orders and festive-season campaigns
• Track the sales pipeline, market trends and competitor activity, and report monthly
• Work with Marketing on promotions, collaterals and seasonal launches
• Represent the brand at tastings, trade events and partner meetings
• Visit regularly to check service standards, product quality, display and cleanliness
• Make sure SOPs are followed, food safety and hygiene requirements
• Support on daily sales performance, stock levels and ordering
• Coordinate manpower, rostering and shift cover with teams and HR
• Follow up on customer feedback and operational issues
