Job summary

Keong Saik Bakery Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to own the brand and marketing across our retail outlets, e-commerce, and corporate channels. This standalone role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to build and execute a complete marketing framework.

You will manage content creation, campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships, while driving growth in B2B and consumer sales. The position is based at two outlets in Singapore with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Minimum four years in marketing leadership for Manager; two years for Assistant Manager.
• Experience in F&B/retail or consumer lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong portfolio of self-produced work required at interview.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing framework and brand direction for Keong Saik Bakery.
• Plan campaigns, content, and calendars aligned to the brand vision.
• Produce content or direct shoots for social, website, and ecommerce.
• Manage budgets, vendors, prints, and collateral at store level.
• Drive lead generation, client relations, and corporate sales.
• Collaborate with outlets, kitchen, and partners for campaigns.
