Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is looking for a Food Technologist/Senior Food Technologist in Singapore to develop new food products. Responsibilities include applying emulsifiers for cakes, R&D, technical support, and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have related industry experience in R&D, baking expertise, and a degree in food science. This role offers flexibility in working hours and a competitive salary range of S$3,800 to S$4,800.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in R&D for Food Technologist or 5 years for Senior.
  • Ability to travel overseas for projects.
  • Understanding of food emulsifiers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply emulsifiers for cake products.
  • Liaise with sales and provide technical support.
  • Conduct live demonstrations and product evaluations.
